With parties being quite a common scene at my house, it is always quite challenging for me to sort out everything perfectly. That being said, I am always on the look out for services which make my life a little stress free. Food catering is usually the biggest dilemma and requires a lot of planning and coordination. I recently discovered Bilbayt.com, an online catering platform which made my recent party planning a complete bliss.

March 4, 2018 at 11:16 amI had the worst experience ever !!! with Bilbayt. The food was ordered from Wafi Gourmet and I had order for 12 to 15 people and they bought food for 5 people . And bought in white rice to cover the space left for lack of food . White rice which I dint even order . I had specifically instructed the staff from bilbayt that I require tables to keep the food and had several conversations regarding the same and even have it in writing that the tables will be arranged and the food came without the tables for which I paid extra for !!! . We had to last minute scramble for tables – buy extra tables and then have half of the desserts on the floor !!! . To the extend that the chaffing dishes came without the spoons to serve.
I Tried to call the call center of Bilbayt for some help and the person was useless and then stopped picking my calls . My advice to every one – PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM . they are a bunch of unprofessional and the food and service is crap and they are expensive for no reason . I had the worst food arrangement and my guest went hungry in spite of all the coordination I did …..Please never use them – they are a complete waste of money .
