I am always on the lookout for new afternoon high tea experience, and recently my search got a new direction when I came to know about Raffles ‘high tea‘ package which also comes with a 60 min massage and of course you can use the amazing Spa facilities too. In the past few months, I have grown fond of the Raffles brand. It is quite an iconic hotel in the UAE and is still considered one of the prestigious place to stay or dine.
On my last visit here they had introduced their exclusive Manolo Blahnik high tea which till date was something unique in my understanding. But as they had to continue the tradition of change here I was trying their sophisticated fashion-inspired afternoon experience which first begins with a 60min relaxing massage followed by a high tea at their lounge.
With quite a few tea options accompanied with some sandwiches, scones and a three tiered stand dedicated entirely for sweet and savory options, you would wish you knew about this place a while ago. The chef has worked hard on the presentation of the dish which is quite evident, makes you appreciate the little pastries and tarts a bit more.
