Best Beachside Restaurants in Dubai

Dubai has some beautiful restaurants and since the weather is getting better we all would love to dine out or go for a BBQ but if you are looking for something even better I have made a list of some of the most stunning beachside restaurants in Dubai. How many have you tried from the list?

Fish Beach Taverna – If you are looking for something romantic and slightly quieter place to get charmed by the noises of the waves then this is one place to consider. This restaurant in Le Meridian Mina Seyahi serves a mix of Turkish and Greek cuisine, and the bohemian style decor is quite refreshing. The place is surely classy but yet it gives out a relaxing vibe which is great as sometimes you just need to unwind and relax along with some lovely food.

Sea fu – This restaurant in Four Seasons has recently come under my radar and I cannot stop talking about it, the location is perfect and it’s great for couples who would love to celebrate a special occasion. In the winter you can sit outdoors, and hear the waves crashing and along with that have a great meal here at Sea Fu. I thoroughly enjoy each of their dishes and was pleasantly surprised too, can’t believe it took me so long to visit it but now that it’s become my new favourite I am going to be a regular here. I still crave for their Crispy Cauliflower and Sushi!

Cove Beach – Bluewater has plenty of outlets to dine and relax at but one place which has got all my attention is Cove Beach. Last week, I spent the whole afternoon here and could do it all again. From the food to the atmosphere everything was tremendous. Usually, many of the beachside restaurants do not pay heed to the food quality but Cove beach makes sure you have an ultimate experience and it doesn’t hold back on making it guests feel like royalties. The best part of this place is you can even take a dip in the pool, walk at the beach or smoke a sheesha, told you it’s one fabulous place to be.

Nikki beach – Well, this is a global brand and it has finally made it’s way to Dubai after establishing itself in Miami, Monte Carlo and Saint Tropez. The hotel itself has a couple of restaurants where you can have delicious food and dance to the beat, especially over the weekend. Among their couple of restaurants, my favourite is the Key West, they don’t compromise on the quality of the food and you are guaranteed a good time. If you love this property, you can even book a villa with a private pool overlooking the beach for the utmost experience.

White beach – Atlantis never lets you down, even though it is an iconic tourist attraction it is still equally popular among the locals. Be it day or night you can head here for an absolute fun time, you can even take a dip in their pool past 6.pm as they have recently launched ‘Nightdreamers’ which is a nighttime experience at the location. The food here is delicious and you will have a great time tapping to the music and unwinding at the popular White Beach.

The Beach House – I personally love visiting Anantara as it gives me a feel of being in the Maldives for a slight while. Most of the restaurants at Anantara are lovely but one particular one which is open, breezy and elegant is The Beach House. I could sit here all day reading and staring at the ocean, it reminds me of the time I was in the Maldives. The choice of food is decent as well, so this could be a great hideout for people who want to experience the island life without the hassle of travelling.

Shimmers – Jumeirah group has plenty of my favourite restaurants and they surely know how to please their guests. One beachside restaurant which I personally prefer to visiting back and forth is the Greek restaurant Shimmers, the Mediterranean vibe, the fantastic ambience, superb music and the delicious food. You can even do Shisha here, and the beach is just across the restaurant so maybe take a walk on the warm sandy beach after you are done with your meal and don’t miss the Burj Al Arab view which looks majestic especially in the evenings with all the lights on.

Beach bar and Grill – For a more sophisticated and classy experience you can head to One & Only Royal Mirage, its quiet, secluded and feels very private. I go here often when I want to spend some romantic time with my husband. The food is beautiful, and the sounds of the waves and the beach are the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location is fantastic as it’s in the centre but the atmosphere transports you to another land which is quite different from the usual party beachside restaurants. A must visit!

Summersalt – How can we leave behind this iconic restaurant facing the magnificent Burj Al Arab in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The advantage of being here is that it not only has the beach view but also access to the pool which is a blessing. Many tourists head here as it’s a great place to spend the holiday, the food is a mix of international cuisines and you won’t be disappointed.

Nammos – This new restaurant from Mykonos is currently gaining all the attention, it is indeed a superb place to head with friends or to throw a party. You can easily spend hours without feeling bored. You cannot go wrong with the food here, they have mastered it. I feel I have to go here a couple of times just to try some of their best sellers. The music is quite majestic and the best part about it is you can download it on Soundcloud and listen to it wherever you are, isn’t that astounding? Since I am writing this, I am already thinking about my next visit to Nammos in Four Seasons!

Drift – Infinity pool, beautiful skyline view, appetising food, sensational music, and a phenomenal ambience, what more do you want from a Beachside restaurant? Drift, in One & Only Royal Mirage, has it all and the best part is the chic decor which makes you forget you are in Dubai but instead it feels like you are on a tropical island. The sunsets are pretty surreal from here and sitting on the hammock or on the sun-beds you just wish this day doesn’t end.

With so many of my suggestions, tell me the ones you really like to visit or the ones you would like me to try? Dubai has so many beachside options that you have a great time in any of the ones you decide to head too.
