Argentinian Friday Brunch at Palace Downtown

Walking across the brick-walled passage of Asado at Palace Downtown, I couldn’t stop thinking about the fine cut meats and a range of Argentinian specialities which I would be indulging at today’s brunch. With the pleasing climate, the outdoor deck facing the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa was the ideal place to be.

The steaks here are prepared on a Parilla, and the aromatic fragrance of the strong meat will rumble your tummy. Apart from the meat, the Friday brunch offers three live stations where you can find ceviche, tacos, empanadas, and a sinful cheese station dedicated to the genuine food lovers.

A plate of mixed grills are served smoking hot right at your table; there is sausages, prawns, steak, which is juicy and super tender, grilled corn, and short ribs. The flavours are rich and transport you back to Latin America where their meats are their pride; Chef Josefinna Vallve demonstrates her passion for cooking in her dishes which is evident.

At the dessert station order, a portion of Hot Churros served with a scoop of ice cream along with a few more sweet salvations treats.

The Friday brunch will surely fill you up, and along with that romantic view, you will look forward to your next visit here.
