To make a spot for a great neighborhood, you need to have restaurants and places which provide a fun positive vibe along with some relishing dishes and drinks. One such place would be Trader Vic’s even though this restaurant has many branches I was at their little restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah in Hilton Al Hamra Beach and Golf Resort. Surrounded by the lush Arabian Gulf my day couldn’t have ended on a better note.
With Prawn Tempura and Jalapeño Bursts to begin with along with the tunes of some Spanish tracks, this place provided all the entertainment I needed to get over the dreadful week. Either sit at the bar and order a fancy mocktail, or you always have the food to the rescue.
For me the next course was even better, consisting of Salmon and Short Ribs, I rejoiced over the delectable flavors and even though the Ribs were slightly overcooked it still had a good aroma and presentation.
To sum it all, our Polynesian Snowball dessert which is a 75-year classic made a perfect end to our fabulous night at Trader Vic’s in Hilton Al Hamra Beach and Golf Resort.
