Vanitas – More then just a luxury dinner, Palazzo Versace

Pallazo Versace is a hotel which mesmerizes you with its beauty, each corner of this hotel seems to catch my attention. With attention to detail and impeccable service I was at their Italian restaurant Vanitas which showcases the royal elegance and spectacular interiors which will make Vanitas in your best restaurant list. From its grand interiors too, it’s inevitable spectacular menu you will feel you are experiencing something amazing.

Being warmly greeted we are escorted to our table which was flawlessly done, with classic Versace cutlery and a rosy red rose which just adds up to making your experience better by every passing minute. So what makes Vanitas all good? Their menu has all the traditional Italian dishes but with a slight modern twist to it.

An exceptional Burrata and Tuna Carpaccio will not only make a unique appetizer but also make your heart filled with content. Presentation being of absolute importance every dish looks a piece of art and textures you can’t get over. Heard of Chicken Wings Risotto? Well, you wouldn’t have thought these two could make fantastic mains, Vanitas makes it effortlessly enjoyable. Tortelli Di Ricotta, a creamy, delicious pasta drizzled with Parmesan makes it extra special, and the flavours are such a pleasurable treat. Monkfish would be another top notch dish for seafood lovers which brings out the best of textures in a simple yet incredible dish.

Ask for the dessert menu and you will be surprised by a tray full of eye-catching desserts. A hard choice to decide between a few, so take my advice and opt for the Tiramisu, Strawberry Cheesecake or the Mango Tart which are pleasurably delicious.

You won’t be walking away disappointed from this restaurant whether it’s your first time or just another few visits you would surely be captivated by the beauty of this restaurant and their food.
