Manzil Downtown – Being in the lap of luxury

After my memorable stay at Vida Downtown hotel how could I miss the opportunity for a stay at their sister property Manzil Downtown, another prepossessing boutique hotel which gives you the finest and the best experience while you stay in the graceful and artistic Manzil Downtown hotel. Located in the core of the Downtown Dubai and just a few feet away from The Dubai Mall I was in the lap of luxury in this hotel.

Walking past the glitzy passage of Manzil all I could see was people standing, admiring and lastly taking posy selfies in the alluring lobby. Our check in was relatively quick considering it was the weekend. My Deluxe City view room was on the 7th floor with a striking view of the Downtown, the pool and the Courtyard restaurant.

The room was so well planned even though it was a boutique hotel it still had everything one might need and expect during their stay. From a comforting armchair, to a work table and a bathroom which is just about perfect. The only thing lacking was a full length mirror which would make the room absolute complete.

Just before summer hits Dubai and I no longer get to go out in the scorching heat I took this last opportunity to dip in the pool and alongside enjoy a few light bites at their poolside restaurant. After that filling lunch and invigorating swim I slept like a baby.

Being so closed to The Dubai Mall in the evening I walked my way there which wasn’t a great idea since The Mall was completely packed with people, returning back exhausted and tired all I wanted was to stop by and have a satisfying dinner at the hotel’s popular restaurant The Courtyard. Walking back to my room I found some surprises waiting for me and some decadent sweets which I gobbled down within seconds and to my surprise my messy room after a turn down service was back at being elegant.

As the morning approached my day at Manzil Downtown was coming to an end but not before I had a splendid breakfast at the Boulevard Kitchen.
