La Scala Beach, Psili Ammos Beach, Marble Beach and the rest of Thassos’ stunning coastline are sure to take your breath away. Apart from the beaches, the Giola lagoon which is around 50 min away from the main town is one the most spectacular places to visit in Thassos, the shimmering green water and its closeness to the sea makes it even more amazing.

Activities to look forward to Hiking in Thassos is one the most popular things to do, and the island is perfect for that. Mount Ipsario is the tallest mountain here and people usually start their hike from the village of Kazaviti, or the village of Theologos.
