A new phase for Mint Leaf of London

Mint Of London has attracted a lot of people who have a profound love for Indian food and with the arrival of Chef Pradeep Kullar who has previously won quite a few awards for his phenomenal cooking is now a part of Mint Leaf London. This place is already well known for it dynamic views, and the fact that it is a chain from London makes it’s even more desirable.

Chef Pradeep has also been a judge of a popular cooking show in UAE before joining Mint Leaf Of London, and his modern Indian cooking style has wooed many of his guests. Today I was here, to try the nine-course chef’s menu which I have been looking forward to a while.

Starting with a literal smoky twist is their amuse bouche ‘Wasabi Poori,’ flavors are so evident and sharp that you will fall in love with this little treat. Following this, we are served with four unique appetizers, and without revealing much, I can assure you will be in for a culinary feast. I can still remember the texture of the Tandoori Chicken Khurchan lingering on my taste palette.

Our mains consisted of mixes of vegetarian and nonvegetarian signatures. Among the five main course, my heart was on their extremely brilliant Black Quinoa Raita and the Dal Makhani which was accompanied by some hot ‘naans.’

For our desserts there was an option of three well-presented delights, my friends loved every one of it.
